'Sleepy Me' Tea

Each ingredient has been carefully chosen and hand blended by Organics for lily Naturopath Melissa to help you unwind and relax your mind and body to prepare for a deep, and restful sleep.

Brewing instructions: Place a heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot, tea bottle or infuser and brew for 5 to 10 minutes. Brew your tea half an hour before you you want to go sleep and enjoy the sweetest of dreams.
