Peppermint Tea

Each ingredient has been carefully chosen and hand blended by Organics for lily Naturopath Melissa. This is an all round blend to nourish the adrenals and support digestion and detoxification. Great for stress, fatigue and exhaustion.

Brewing instructions: Place a heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot, tea bottle or infuser and brew for 3-5+ minutes. For an ice tea add some fresh strawberries, mint leaves and ice.

Organic ingredients: liquorice, peppermint, fennel, rose petals, hibiscus and coriander seeds. Caution: Liquorice is not recommended for use in hypertension.
