This tea needs no introduction – arguably the most well known and popular blend, English Breakfast tea is a traditional blend of black tea, usually described as full-bodied, robust, rich and heavenly with milk and sugar.

Brewing instructions: The traditional way to brew a chai is – Mix one teaspoon of Chai to half a cup of boiled water, add an equal amount of milk or soy milk and brew in a saucepan for at least 5 minutes. Strain into cups and sweeten with honey. For a ‘quick brew’ chai may be steeped in a teapot for 3 minutes and enjoyed with or without milk.
