'Digest Me' Tea

Each ingredient has been carefully chosen and hand blended by Organics for lily Naturopath Melissa to improve digestion by increasing flow of bile. This blend reduces and alleviates stomch cramps/spasm / flatulence. Used for gastrointestinal conditions such as food allergies and sensitivities, anorexia, indigestion, colic, diarrhoea, irritable bowel syndrome, nausea, dyspepsia and gingivitis.

Brewing instructions: Place a heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot, tea bottle or infuser and brew for 3-5+ minutes.

Organic ingredients: peppermint, chamomile, lemon balm and lemongrass.
